MAAC Chandigarh Academy is hiring a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our finance team in managing student fee collections and ensuring smooth day-to-day accounting operations within the academy.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update student fee records, receipts, and schedules.
Assist in regular follow-ups with students/parents for pending payments.
Support the Accounts Executive, Sales & Counseling team in meeting fee collection goals.
Prepare and reconcile daily entries, reports, and statements.
Ensure accuracy, transparency, and proper documentation in all transactions.
Requirements
Graduate in Commerce / Accounts / Finance.
2–5 years of experience in accounts, fee collection, or receivables management (education sector preferred).
Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
Strong with numbers, follow-ups, and record keeping.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Organized, reliable, and proactive in financial tasks.
