Job Description

We are looking for an organized and detail oriented Accountant to manage day to day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain and update accounting records using Tally and Excel.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries.
Handle Accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
Assist in the preparation of Tax Returns and Financial Audits.
Manage bank reconciliation, cash flow, and petty cash records.
Process payroll and ensure statutory compliance.
Provide back-office support such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Monitor and ensure adherence to internal accounting policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualification :

Proven experience (1 to 2 years) as an Accountant or similar role.
Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or others).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Basic understanding of payroll and taxation procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
