ACCOUNT ASSISTANT/EXECUTIVE

Job Description:

MIS Report, other financial reports using Tally Prime

Job Responsibilities:

• To Handle Accounts and Finance Function i.e. Bill booking in Tally, passing payment entries in Tally, fund review of bank accounts of branch.

• Accounting entries like Payment, Receipt, Journal, Purchase, Sales etc.

• To prepare monthly Sales & Purchase register

• Monthly budget monitoring

• To prepare monthly MIS to send the same to HO and co-ordinate for timely submission of MIS at HO, also review and report for any lapses to the superior.

• Monthly stock taking, comparing with the Tally, identify the variances & reasons thereof and carry out the necessary steps to match.

• Scrutinizing of GL, Vendor Ledgers, Customer Ledgers, FA Posting etc.

Key Skills:

• Advanced computer knowledge of Tally Prime & MS Office (Excel).

• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports.

• Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations

• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills

Experience : Minimum 1 Year (preferred 2-3 years)

Qualification : Bachelor / master’s degree in accounting or finance, B. Com

Salary Range : As per company policy

Location : CBD Belapur.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
