Accounts and Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager at a publicly listed fintech NBFC, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's financial strategy and driving growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Partner reconciliation involving per loan wise principal & income matching. - Coordinating with the partner accounts team for timely reconciliation and explaining reconciliation concepts. - Liaising with auditors, bankers, and statutory auditors for quarterly and annual audits. - Ensuring board presentation requirements are met and resolving accountant's queries for quarterly and annual reports. - Adhering to regulatory compliance of SEBI/RBI and other bodies. - Tracking investments and monitoring income and costs with respect to the budget. - Coordinating with various teams for accounting tasks, onboarding new partners, and developing new logics in the LMS. - Working on financial due diligence of new partners and contributing finance team's viewpoints in collaborative tasks. Qualifications Required: - CA or Masters in Finance preferred. - 1-3 years of experience in an NBFC, Bank, or similar setup.
