Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Coordination Generate and manage sales orders in Marg ERP Coordinate with clients for order confirmations, dispatch schedules, and payment follow-ups Maintain accurate customer master data and track repeat orders Purchase & Vendor Management Process purchase orders, inward GRNs, and vendor bills using Marg Liaise with suppliers for timely procurement and price negotiations Track purchase returns, vendor ledgers, and reconcile stock data Invoicing & Billing Prepare accurate sales invoices with applicable GST norms Manage e-way bills, dispatch memos, and commercial documents Ensure timely billing and MIS sharing with internal teams Store & Inventory Maintain real-time inventory records (batch-wise, location-wise) in Marg ERP Ensure FIFO tracking, stock valuation, and monthly closing reports Oversee inward/outward stock movement with GRN and delivery challan entries Warehouse & Dispatch Coordination Coordinate with warehouse staff for order picking, packing, and timely dispatch Monitor courier/logistics tracking and POD (proof of delivery) maintenance Support physical stock audits and maintain packing material inventory Logistics & Compliance Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for smooth deliveries Ensure documentation for regulated shipments is complete (Form 16, COA, etc.) Support returns, damage claims, and logistic cost optimization Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in B.Com/B.Sc/BBA or equivalent 2+ years of hands-on experience with Marg ERP Good working knowledge of pharma/chemical stock management Strong in Excel, billing, GST norms, and MIS reporting Familiarity with logistics and store SOPs in B2B pharma trade Preferred Attributes Detail-oriented and process-driven Strong communication and vendor coordination skills Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Compensation As per industry standards, with performance-based incentives for operational excellence. Role Overview We are looking for a young, passionate, and detail-oriented professional to lead our Accounts & Finance function at APM MEDICHEM. The role is ideal for someone with a Commerce or CA/CS background who wants to grow long-term with a high-performance entrepreneurial team. This person will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, financial control, GST and TDS compliance, vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and financial planning . The role will evolve into a leadership track as the company scales. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end accounting operations (sales, purchase, bank, journal entries, P&L, balance sheet). Oversee GST, TDS, and ROC filings in coordination with external CA firms. Handle vendor payments, invoice management, credit control , and bank reconciliations . Support funding and working capital documentation with banks and NBFCs (sanctions, CC limits, CHG filings, etc.). Maintain financial trackers , MIS, and cost analysis reports. Coordinate with the business and operations teams for billing, dispatches, and payment collections. Assist in statutory audits, compliance reports, and filings (MCA, Income Tax, GST, etc.). Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis . Ideal Candidate Profile B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / CS / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. 2–4 years of hands-on experience in accounts, finance, or compliance (manufacturing or trading background preferred). Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books /Marg/ MS Excel / GST portal / MCA filings . Ability to independently manage books, reconciliations, and compliance timelines.
