Role

Accounts Manager / Senior (10+ yrs) HVAC/Construction | Pune

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate
Bank Guarantees/FDs/limits
, prepare weekly
fund-flow
, complete
BRS
on time.
Drive
client billing & collections
; visit clients for
ledger reconciliation
and dispute closure.
Oversee
vendor bill processing
in ERP (setup, approvals, advances, payment runs).
Process
employee/site reimbursements
with documentation & policy checks.
Lead
overall bookkeeping
: sales/purchase/closing entries, investments, debtors/creditors.
Ensure
GST/TDS/PF/ESIC
filings; perform
GSTR-2B & 26AS
reconciliations; close CA audit points.
Partner with Projects/Procurement/HR to keep books clean and project costs accurate.

Preferred candidate profile

Must-Have

10+ years
in Accounts/Finance in
construction/MEP/HVAC
.
Strong
GST/TDS
working knowledge; client/vendor
ledger rec
experience.
Zoho Books
and
ERP
exposure (or Tally/Opterix/SAP B1).
Advanced Excel/Sheets (LOOKUPs, Pivots); on-ground coordination with banks/clients.

Good-to-Have

Managed
BG/FD lifecycle
, MSME compliance, e-invoicing/e-waybill.
Team lead/reviewer experience; audit & books finalisation with CA.
