Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage all financial aspects of the organization including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure timely completion of statutory compliances such as GST returns, TDS filings, and other regulatory requirements.
Lead and coordinate internal audits to ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
Oversee year-end audits and ensure timely closure of books of accounts.
Manage monthly financial compliance and timely return filings.
Provide guidance on import-related taxation, customs duties, and international trade regulations.
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as required.
Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making with financial insights and analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

10+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounts.
5 years of experience in finance & accounts, preferably in an ICT or import-based company.
Strong understanding of GST on imports, TDS, customs duty calculations, and international taxation.
Hands-on experience in handling monthly filings, statutory audits, and internal compliance reviews.
Excellent knowledge of Indian taxation laws, accounting standards, and financial controls.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive process improvements.
