Accounts Administrator

As an Accounting Assistant at our company, your role will involve processing invoices, expenses, and petty cash transactions. You will also be responsible for assisting with financial reports, tax filings, and audits. In addition, updating accounting databases and reconciling discrepancies will be part of your daily tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Process invoices, expenses, and petty cash transactions. - Assist with financial reports, tax filings, and audits. - Update accounting databases and reconcile discrepancies. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field. - 2 years of accounting experience. - Basic math skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Attention to detail, accuracy, and good organizational and time management skills. - The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy. - The ability to collaborate with coworkers, clients, and suppliers. - Strong MS Excel skills; knowledge of Tally/QuickBooks/SAP preferred.
