Job Description

As an intern at Shah and Doshi - Chartered accountants, located in Mulund West, Mumbai, you will have the opportunity to work on various aspects of accounting and finalization using software such as Tally, Zoho Books, and QuickBooks. Your responsibilities will also include: - Handling returns for PT, GST, TDS, IT - Conducting auditing tasks encompassing statutory, internal, IT, GST, TP audits - Involvement in ROC matters related to Pvt Ltd, OPC, LLP, NGO - Providing advisory services on DT, IDT, TP, DTAA, 15CA-CB, among others Furthermore, you will be engaged in: - Conducting due diligence and startup advisory services, including DPIIT and 56(2)(viii) compliance - Participating in the planning and implementation of mergers, acquisitions, and takeovers Shah and Doshi - Chartered accountants is a well-established taxation and audit advisory firm with a decade of experience and a team of 25 dedicated employees. The firm offers a wide range of exposure in accounting, auditing, direct and indirect taxation, assessments, scrutiny, and business consultancy. We are committed to fostering innovation in the industry and providing a comprehensive learning experience for our interns, staff, and trainees.,
