Accounting Manager - Australian Market

As an Australian Accounting Manager at KV Group Global, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, performing journal entries, managing fixed assets, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Your analytical skills will be essential in identifying and addressing discrepancies while providing valuable financial insights. Your key responsibilities will include preparing accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with international and local accounting standards. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end financial close processes, coordinating with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities, and developing strong internal controls and accounting policies. Utilizing financial systems such as Xero, MYOB, and other tools will be instrumental in improving efficiency and reporting accuracy. Additionally, you will lead, train, and mentor a team of junior accountants and finance professionals and provide support for budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. To excel in this role, you should hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a CPA or CA qualification being preferred. You should have 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, including exposure to international or cross-border operations. Proficiency in accounting platforms like Xero and MYOB, strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards, and statutory compliance are highly beneficial. Your high attention to detail, analytical problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment will be crucial. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills will also be key to your success.
