Accounting Intern

We are a Chartered Accountancy firm in Mumbai, working with a wide range of clients from small family-run businesses to listed companies and overseas entities. We are looking for an enthusiastic commerce graduate/post-graduate to join our team in an assisting role.

Key Areas of Assistance:

• Book-keeping & Accounting Support – Assisting in maintaining accounts, reconciliations, and day-to-day entries.
• Payroll Support – Helping with salary calculations, compliance, and documentation.
• GST Compliance Support – Assisting in preparation and filing of GST returns.
• Income Tax – Supporting in preparation and filing of ITRs, TDS workings, and related tasks.
• Internal Audit & Statutory Audit – Assisting the audit team with working papers, documentation, and basic testing.
• Client Support – Helping with queries and coordination across individuals, SMEs, corporates, and offshore clients.
• Software Exposure – Learning and working on tools like Tally and Excel (knowledge of other accounting software is an added plus).

Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com (or any commerce-related qualification).
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience is not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of accounting, taxation, and MS Office will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
