Role Overview

Accounting & Finance Interns

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing

  accounts payable and accounts receivable

  with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support

  invoice creation

  , tracking, and

  reports for overdue invoices and payment follow-ups

  .
• Maintain

  general bookkeeping

  , journal entries, and monthly reconciliations.
• Process and verify

  employee expense reimbursements

  and maintain detailed expense records.
• Prepare and update

  MIS (Management Information System) reports

  , monthly P&L summaries, and dashboards.
• Support

  financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis

  activities.
• Assist in preparing

  balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports

  .
• Coordinate with finance leads for

  GST, TDS, and other statutory and government-related compliances

  .
• Ensure accurate documentation for

  vendor management, purchase orders, and payment approvals

  .
• Support

  audit preparation, financial documentation, and data consolidation

  for reviews.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in

  Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field

  (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter preferred).
• Basic understanding of

  accounting principles, financial statements, and taxation concepts

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  ; familiarity with

  Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books

  is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality and integrity.

SALARY:

1. First 3 months of internship no compensation
2. 4-6 months of internship INR 10K as compensation per month
3. Successful completion of 6 months of internship a permanent position may be offered. Compensation as per the market standards for the specific roles.
