You should have hands-on experience handling U.S.-based clients and possess expertise in areas such as bank reconciliation, payroll bookkeeping, depreciation, amortization, deferred revenue, prepaid and accrual entries, as well as Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet analysis. Familiarity with accounting tools like QuickBooks Online (QB Certification is a plus), Xero, and other relevant software is highly valued.
The role requires someone who is client-focused, proactive, and eager to learn new skills and applications to enhance client servicing. You will independently manage client work, ensure timely communication, and assist in resolving client escalations while contributing to drafting SOPs and improving processes. Regular participation in client calls and collaboration with the Team Lead will be essential in ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
