Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (commensurate with experience and skills)

Job Overview:

Primacy Infotech is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Accounting Executive to manage daily accounting operations and ensure timely compliance with all statutory obligations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Indian financial regulations, including PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, and GST, along with practical experience using accounting software and handling payroll-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and handle daily accounting transactions
• Ensure timely compliance and filing of PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, and GST
• Manage payroll data, including statutory deductions and contributions
• Prepare vouchers, invoices, bills, and perform bank reconciliations
• Support internal and external audits
• Use accounting tools such as Tally, Zoho Books, or equivalent platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience in accounting and statutory compliance
• Thorough knowledge of PF, ESI, TDS, P-Tax, and GST regulations
• Proficient in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, etc.
• Strong skills in MS Excel and financial documentation
• Clear understanding of payroll processing and statutory requirements
• Educational Background: B.Com, M.Com, or MBA (Finance) or equivalent
