Accounting Consultant

Job Summary

We are a brass manufacturing unit looking for an experienced Accounting Consultant who understands manufacturing accounting in the real world, not just theory. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting, GST, TDS, compliance, and cost tracking. This is not a clerical role. We need someone who can take ownership, spot issues early, and keep the books clean and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain complete books of accounts in Tally or similar software
• Handle purchase, sales, job work, and inventory accounting specific to manufacturing
• Track raw material, WIP, finished goods, and production costs
• Prepare monthly MIS, profit analysis, and cost reports
• GST compliance including returns, reconciliations, notices, and audits
• TDS compliance including deductions, returns, corrections, and Form 16/16A
• Bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government departments
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other applicable laws
• Identify accounting gaps, errors, or compliance risks and fix them proactively

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹13,369.04 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 per week
