Key responsibilities:
1. Financial Data Entry - Record and update financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).2. Bookkeeping Support - Assist with maintaining general ledgers, reconciling accounts, and preparing journal entries.3. Bank and Account Reconciliation - Compare and verify financial records with bank statements and other documents.4. Tax Preparation Assistance - Support in preparing tax returns, reviewing documents, and ensuring compliance with tax laws.5. Payroll Assistance - Assist in processing payroll, calculating deductions, and maintaining employee records.6. Financial Report Preparation - Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and reports.7. Audit Support - Help organize and review financial records for internal and external audits.8. Client Support - Assist in responding to client inquiries and requests related to accounting matters.
