Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales Marketing, located in Ahmedabad. The Head of Sales Marketing will be responsible for Cashew Kernel sales across channels including B2B, traditional marketplaces (mandis), Institutions, HoReCa players and more. Qualifications Strong Sales, and Sales Management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Experience in the food industry is a plus Ability to work on-site and engage with team members and clients directly Willing to travel across India

The role includes handling daily processing work, ensuring product quality, maintaining proper records and reports, and coordinating with the maintenance team to keep machines running smoothly. The person should make sure that production targets are met and quality standards are followed.
