Position Overview: As an Accounting and Operations Executive , you will be the backbone of our daily operations. From coordinating schedules and meetings to supporting communication across teams, your role will be crucial in ensuring everything runs efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities: Maintain Company’s books of accounts in Tally. File TDS and GST returns. Maintain Salary register of the employees. Assist the Auditors in Statutory audit. Manage calendars and coordinate meetings Invoicing and follow up. Generating Payslips Updating GST details. Serve as the point of contact for clients and internal teams Assist in client onboarding and documentation Ensure smooth operations through effective use of Excel Support the Serein Learning Platform. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Bcom / BBA 0 - 2 years of experience in the field Strong communication skills (verbal & written) Basic knowledge of Excel Proficient in Tally Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn How to Apply: If you are a passionate, multilingual individual with a background in social science and a commitment to promoting safe and inclusive workplaces, we encourage you to apply.
