Your responsibilities will include maintaining daily bank balance summary and performing bank reconciliations, managing brokerage commissions and credit card expenses, preparing and filing GSTR-1, GSTR-2B, and GSTR-3B, updating monthly stock statements, maintaining inventory adjustments, tracking vendor outstanding, customer outstanding, and AR aging reports, processing salary workings and disbursements, maintaining cash vouchers, raising credit notes for rate differences, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and coordination with external consultants (CA/auditors). If you have MIS/Reporting experience, you will have an added advantage in generating MIS reports for sales, inventory, e-commerce, operations, and finance, creating dashboards, and automating reporting using Excel/Google Sheets/Power BI, tracking e-commerce performance, and providing business insights. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance), 12 years of accounting experience with proficiency in Tally, strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance, ability to work under pressure with strong organizational skills, advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Power Query) preferred, experience in retail/fashion/textiles is a plus, and be an immediate joiner.
