Job Description

Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain
Director's personal and corporate accounts
, including bank reconciliations and financial records.
Handle
wealth management
tasks such as investment tracking, asset management, and financial planning assistance.
Ensure accurate
ledger entries
,
journal posting
, and
bank reconciliation
.
Prepare and analyze
financial statements
,
MIS reports
, and
tax documentation
.
Monitor
income, expenses
, and ensure timely
invoice processing
.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
Ensure compliance with
tax regulations
,
GST filing
,
TDS
compliance, and
other statutory filings
.
Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive
financial data
and
personal transactions
.
Support the finance team in preparing
monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree
in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-3 years
of experience in
Wealth Management
or
Director Account Handling
.
Proficiency in accounting software.
Strong understanding of
GST, TDS
, and other statutory compliance.
Exceptional attention to
detail
,
accuracy
, and ability to maintain
confidentiality
.
Excellent
communication
and
interpersonal
skills.
Ability to work
independently
and meet
deadlines
.

Preferred:

Experience working directly with
senior management
.
Knowledge of
investment
and
portfolio tracking
.
