Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain ledger entries including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
Monitor cash flow and petty cash; prepare cash flow statements.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support budget preparation, expense forecasting, and variance analysis.
Maintain and update accounting records in Tally or other accounting software.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements (returns, filings, etc.).
Assist in internal and external audits by preparing schedules and supporting documents.
Liaise with operations, bookings, and vendors to resolve billing or financial discrepancies.
Handle vendor/supplier reconciliations and ensure vendor statements are properly matched.
Perform bookkeeping functions including expense tracking, allocations, and fixed asset management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
4–6 years of experience in accounting/finance.
Sound knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial regulations in India.
Strong proficiency in Tally (mandatory).
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills with ability to identify discrepancies and recommend solutions.
Ability to work under deadlines; well-organized and able to multitask effectively.
Honest, reliable, and a strong work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
