Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, and supporting the financial health of the organization through accurate bookkeeping and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
• Prepare journal entries, general ledger postings, and bank reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and monthly/quarterly/year-end closings
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Monitor cash flow and budgeting
• Generate MIS reports as required by management
• Process payroll, TDS, GST returns, and other statutory filings
• Maintain and reconcile inventory records (if applicable)

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter/Final preferred but not mandatory)
• 2+ years of proven experience in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in Tally
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Indian taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced Excel skills will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
