Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with strong expertise in taxation matters, including GST and TDS compliance, return filing, ledger reconciliation, and finalization of books of accounts. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) within due dates.

Handle TDS computation, deduction, payment, and quarterly return filing (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.).

Perform monthly reconciliation of GST input/output and TDS ledgers.

Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other statutory requirements.

Assist in the finalization of books of accounts up to trial balance and final statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, etc.).

Maintain accurate general ledger, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.

Coordinate with auditors during statutory and internal audits.

Support management in preparing financial reports, budgets, and MIS statements.

Keep updated with latest amendments in taxation laws and implement necessary changes.

Skills & Competencies:

In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax provisions.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ).
