Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our manufacturing company’s finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with specific experience in the manufacturing sector. This role involves managing financial records, communicating with teams and managing month end or year end processes.

Key Responsibilities:

General Accounting

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and payment.
• Manage month-end and year-end processes.
• Make statutory and tax payments regularly

Process Improvement

• Leverage technology to automate routine tasks and streamline workflows

Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience:

  3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software and ability to pick up new software (we have our company customised ERP systems).
• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

If required, work from home for three days a week is possible.
