Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant with at least 2 years of US accounting experience to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling accounting functions for US-based clients, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and delivering accurate financial reports. Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities for US clients.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Work with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or NetSuite.
• Assist clients with payroll processing, tax-related compliance, and financial reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of accounting work.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members to resolve queries.
• Stay updated with changes in US GAAP and US accounting practices.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in US Accounting (CPA firm experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and US accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work in the Evening Shift (2 PM – 11 PM IST).
