Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Account Executive to support our finance and accounts operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling sales and purchase entries, performing bank reconciliations, and managing billing processes accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:Record sales and purchase entries in accounting software Prepare and issue customer invoices and follow up on payments Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis Maintain records of vendor bills and payment cycles Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions Support audit processes by providing relevant documentation Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial data Resolve discrepancies in accounts and billing queries
