Job Description

Job Title: Accountant
Location: Victory Tower, Phase 8B, Industrial Area, Sector 74, SAS Nagar, Punjab 160055
Experience Required: 2years (in accounting, taxation, and payroll management)

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting operations in Tally Prime.
Proficient in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, ESI, PF, and Payroll processing.
Hands-on experience in filing challans and returns.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent organizational skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Handle GST, TDS, ESI, and PF calculations, challan preparation, and return filing.
Manage monthly payroll processing, including salary calculation, attendance, deductions (PF, ESI, TDS), and payslip generation.
Ensure timely deposit and filing of statutory compliances related to payroll (PF, ESI, TDS on salary).
Prepare and maintain bank reconciliations, journal entries, and ledgers.
Prepare invoices, purchase/sales entries, and maintain financial records.
Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L accounts.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and management for accounting and compliance matters.
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
