Job Description

As a Bookkeeper at our company, you will be responsible for managing bookkeeping, AP/AR, and reconciliations in QuickBooks. Your role will also involve ensuring U.S. GAAP compliance and providing assistance during audits. Key Responsibilities: - Manage bookkeeping tasks such as AP/AR and reconciliations using QuickBooks. - Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP standards. - Assist in audits to support financial accuracy and adherence to regulations. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in U.S. accounting. - Proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop. - Knowledge of U.S. tax laws and GAAP. - Strong analytical abilities and effective communication skills. Please note that this is a Full-time or Part-time job with a Day shift schedule. The work location is in person.
