Your primary responsibilities will include managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the financial well-being of the company by furnishing precise and timely financial data to facilitate decision-making processes. Your duties will encompass maintaining precise financial records and general ledger entries, reviewing and preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements, assisting in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings, ensuring adherence to tax and financial regulations, conducting bank and account reconciliations, aiding in tax return preparation and collaborating with external auditors, delivering financial analysis and reports to management, contributing to budget preparation and financial planning, and updating financial procedures and internal controls. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, possess proven experience in an accounting or similar financial position, exhibit a sound grasp of accounting principles and financial regulations, demonstrate proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar tools, showcase exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, have strong organizational and time-management capabilities, be able to work independently and in a team, possess effective written and verbal communication skills, and ideally have knowledge of tax laws and compliance standards. Desirable qualifications for this position include holding a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or a similar certification, as well as having experience in financial analysis and budgeting.
