Job Description

Job Title: Accountant cum Inventory Executive

Location: Dumka
Experience: 1–3 years as Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily inward, outward, and stock balance of all materials.
Prepare and update daily stock report in Excel (opening, inward, outward, closing).
Coordinate with godown staff for material receipt and dispatch entries.
Match physical stock with book stock and report shortages/excess.
Maintain item-wise and party-wise stock records.
Ensure proper documentation for GRN, delivery challan, and sales invoices.
Update stock entries in Tally / accounting software.
Assist in monthly stock reconciliation and reporting.
Ensure compliance with Fertiliser (Control) Order – FCO record requirements (registers, stock statements, etc.).
Coordinate with godown staff for stock verification.
Assist in audits and inspections by authorities, if required.
Prepare and manage e-invoices, purchase bills, and e-way bills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate (B.Com preferred).
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (daily reports, formulas).
Basic working knowledge of Tally.
Experience in inventory / godown / warehouse accounting preferred.
Good accuracy, discipline, and coordination skills.

Joining: Within 1-2 weeks

Salary- 12,000-18,000pm

Working Hours- 10am-7pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
