Accountant (Real estate)

As an Accounts Manager in the real estate industry, you will be responsible for various financial activities related to properties. Your key responsibilities will include: - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for properties. - Analyze property income, expenses, and overall financial performance. - Maintain accurate financial records and perform account reconciliations. - Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for properties based on financial data. - Monitor financial performance against budgets. - Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal real estate accounting regulations. - Assist with tax documentation and year-end reporting. - Liaise with property managers, clients, auditors, and legal counsel on financial matters. - Provide financial guidance and recommendations for decision-making.
