Accountant

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day financial operations and be responsible for GST compliance and ROC filings. This role requires a solid understanding of accounting principles, Indian tax laws, and statutory reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of day-to-day financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) in a timely manner.
• Manage TDS compliance including return filing and challan payments.
• Assist in preparation and submission of ROC filings such as AOC-4, MGT-7, and other MCA compliance documents.
• Maintain statutory records and support audits (statutory, internal, and tax).
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with monthly/year-end closings.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 6Month to 1 years of relevant experience in accounting and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with GST and ROC filings.
• Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books, or Busy.
• Working knowledge of MCA portal, GSTN portal, and TDS filing portals.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Income Tax return filing (ITR).
• Experience in handling company secretarial tasks (optional but an advantage).
• Basic understanding of Companies Act and other statutory regulations.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position, primarily office-based.
• May require extended hours during filing deadlines (GST, ROC, Audit).

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,239.19 per month
