About the Role:

Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day financial transactions including

  accounts payable and receivable

  .
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory filings including

  GST, TDS, PF, and PT

  .
• Assist with

  vendor payments

  and maintain vendor ledger records.
• Update and maintain books of accounts using

  Zoho Books, Tally, and QuickBooks

  .
• Reconcile

  bank accounts, vendor statements

  , and prepare supporting documents.
• Assist in preparing

  monthly financial reports

  , invoices, and ledgers.
• Support payroll processing with a focus on

  PF and PT deductions

  .
• Help implement internal financial controls and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate with senior accountants and provide support during audits.
• Assist in

  month-end closing activities

  and documentation.

Mandatory Skills:

• Working proficiency in

  Zoho Books, Tally, and QuickBooks

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  PF, PT, GST, and TDS regulations

  .
• Experience in handling

  vendor payments

  and reconciliation.
• Good understanding of Indian accounting principles and statutory compliance.
• High attention to detail and

  accuracy in data entry and reporting

  .
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

  in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

• Strictly not accepting CA-qualified candidates.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience working in

  a structured, deadline-driven environment.
