Urgent Hiring for Accountant
Location - Nr. Rajhans Swapna, Sarthana Jakatnaka, Surat
Key Responsibilities:
-E-invoice and sales bill creation, printing, and documentation
- Credit note preparation, filing, and tracking
- Purchase bill follow-up, entry, and reconciliation
- Advance payment monitoring and vendor coordination
- Daily updates of sales and payment records
- Cash voucher entry, loan interest entries, and TDS readiness
- Salary register preparation and Tally entry
- Preparation and coordination for GSTR-1, GSTR-2B, GSTR-3B filings
- GST credit set-off entries and audit support
- Sales reporting (MGF, Trading, Liquid, State-wise)
- Distributor and transport expense checks and entries
- Import bill and stock entries, including bill of entry verification
- Tally and report data backup
- Software implementation and user training
- Monthly bill filing review and transport declaration form follow-ups
