Accountant (Part-time)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounts and update accounting records.
• Handle bills, invoicing, purchase entries, and sales entries.
• Prepare GST working, TDS records, and basic tax documentation.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor payments, and ledger accounts.
• Maintain stock records, procurement bills, and payment tracking.
• Support payroll preparation and staff expense management.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial data.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
• Knowledge of Tally/Busy/Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience (Freshers with strong skills may apply).

Skills Required:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and online financial portals.

Working Schedule:

• Part-Time: 1–2 days in a week.
