Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, work orders, and purchase orders.
  • Maintain and update accounting records using Tally and Microsoft Office.
  • Handle vendor coordination and follow-up for orders and payments.
  • Assist in basic bookkeeping, billing, and documentation.
  • Support day-to-day office administration and record management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow and timely reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Qualification:

    B.Com (Commerce Graduate)
  • Experience:

    Fresher to 2 years of relevant experience (manufacturing or trading industry preferred)
  • Skills Required:

    • Proficiency in

      Tally ERP

      and

      Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
    • Good communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Location Preference:

    Candidates residing within 10 km of Kalher
  • Compensation:

    10,000 13,000 per month
