Job Description

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Experience: 2 to 4 years (Real Estate industry preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time Company: Noori Group Of Companies Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, and handle taxation and compliance for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in real estate accounting practices. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations. Maintain financial records for multiple real estate projects. Prepare GST filings, TDS, and income tax returns. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Coordinate with auditors, CA, and compliance consultants. Maintain MIS reports and cost tracking for ongoing projects. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA Inter preferred but not mandatory). 2–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a real estate or construction firm. Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and real estate taxation. Accuracy, integrity, and ability to work independently. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
