Description
We are hiring an Accountant & Logistics Executive to manage both accounting and logistics functions. The role requires a strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and logistics management. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of financial records while also supporting logistics operations. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Taxation Financial Reporting : Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes. Accounts Payable & Receivable : Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments. Generate and follow up on client invoices. Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts. General Ledger Maintenance : Post journal entries and reconcile bank statements. Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions. Taxation & Compliance : Assist in tax filing for VAT, Income Tax, and other applicable taxes. Ensure timely tax payments and maintain accurate tax records. Audit Support : Assist in internal and external audits. Maintain compliance with financial policies and procedures. Budgeting & Forecasting : Help prepare company budgets and monitor expenses to ensure financial health. Logistics Management Shipment Coordination : Plan and manage shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods. Work closely with transport companies and customs agents. Monitor shipment progress and resolve any delays. Documentation & Compliance : Ensure that all shipping and customs documentation is accurate and up to date. Track logistics expenses and prepare regular reports. Software & Communication : Use logistics software like SAP, TMS, WMS, and Microsoft Office tools effectively. Communicate clearly and effectively with vendors and clients to resolve issues. Candidate Requirements Education : Graduate (B.A., B.Com, BBM, CA, or any related specialization). Experience : 0 to 2+ years in a related field (logistics, accounting, auditing). Age : 20 - 35 years. Languages : Basic proficiency in English, along with fluency in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, and/or Hindi is preferred. Preferred Location : Candidates within 25 km of Kannuru, Bengaluru. Industry Experience : Experience in Courier/Logistics , 3rd Party Logistics , Logistics Tech , Accounting/Auditing , or related industries is preferred. Why Join Us?
