Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with 6 to 7 years of professional experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit coordination. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and the ability to provide accurate and timely financial information to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise junior accountants, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.Oversee the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Assist with strategic projects such as ERP implementation, financial system upgrades, or process automation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
