Job Description

Company: Investor’s World Realty
Location:
157, Patrakar Colony Rd,Near Baba Paradise Marriage Garden,Mahaveer Nagar, Mansarovar,Jaipur, Rajasthan – 302020

Experience Required: 0 to 5 Years
Working Days: Wednesday to Monday
Weekly Off: Tuesday

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and books of accounts
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Maintain bank statements and perform bank reconciliations
Handle GST entries, returns, and compliance (basic to intermediate level)
Maintain records related to property transactions, commissions, and expenses
Coordinate with CA for audits and statutory requirements
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Excel, etc.)
Understanding of GST and taxation
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Candidate:

Experience in real estate or construction industry is a plus
Freshers with strong accounting knowledge are welcome to apply
