About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-driven Accountant to manage our financial processes, ensure compliance, and provide valuable insights to support decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, taxation, and financial management with the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, etc.).
• Maintain Payroll in tally and file the return of ESIC and EPF.
• Maintain Petty Cash.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Implement and monitor internal controls for accurate financial reporting.
• Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and finance staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certifications (CA/CMA/CPA) preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum 3–10 years of accounting and finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/Compu Office).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and team management abilities.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
