Job Description

Job Title: Accountant (Female)

Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.
Handle daily accounting operations including data entry, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and banks when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Support management with financial analysis and budget preparation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
0–3 years of accounting experience (freshers can also apply).
Knowledge of Tally ERP / accounting software.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Attributes:

Female candidates only.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

As per company norms (based on experience and skills)
