Accountant

LOOKING FOR WELL EXPERIENCED COMPETENT CANDIDATE AS A POST OF ACCOUNTANT OF 5-6 YEARS IN MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY AT EXCEL INDUSTRIES

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Co-Ordinating with External Audit Persons and Implementing the required Operating procedure in the day - to - day process and operations of the company.
• Perform Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit accounts, coordination and completion of Annual Audits and Reviewing Financial Reports.
• Knowledge in GST monthly filings and Annual returns, knowledge of TDS/TCS returns.
• Handle Sales and Purchase invoices in Tally.
• Summarize current Financial Status by Collecting Information, Preparing Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, GST, TDS and other necessary reports.
• Assist with reconciling bank accounts and general ledgers.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
• Monthly Profit and Loss Reports
• Outstanding Payment Reports and Follow - Ups
• GST Filing, Way bills, Invoice generation, ESI, PF filing
• Sales Software to Tally Exporting
• Internal Audit, Statutory Audit & Income Tax Audit.
• Must have knowledge in TALLY PRIME
• Hands up knowledge in MS editions (MS WORD), Preferably MS Excel.
• Process invoices, manage payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables.

QUALIFICATON:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a similar major is required
• A Master’s Degree is Preferred
• Must have Min 5-6 Years of experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
• Experience with creating financial statements.
• Proficient in Excel, Tally & related works
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
