Job Description

Experience Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing and accounting.
Hands-on experience in fund transactions, reconciliations, and audits.
Experience in corporate, fund management, or financial services preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and record fund transactions, including inflows, outflows, and transfers.
Perform internal and external audits ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and audit documentation.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct bank, fund, and ledger reconciliations.
Identify financial risks, discrepancies, and control gaps.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulators.
Support management with financial analysis and audit insights.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
Expertise in fund accounting and reconciliations.
Financial reporting, internal controls, and risk management.
High attention to detail and analytical skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Qualifications & Soft Skills:

CA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent preferred.
High integrity and confidentiality.
Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
