Job Title: Accountant
Location: Mallapur, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations at our Mallapur, Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, good knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Handle GST filings, TDS calculations, and statutory compliance
• Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable
• Process payroll and ensure timely salary disbursements
• Monitor cash flow and manage petty cash
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
• Ensure timely filing of government returns (GST, TDS, etc.)
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
• Maintain proper documentation for financial transactions
• Liaise with vendors, clients, and other departments as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience as an Accountant, preferably in retail, mall, or corporate sectors
• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and Payroll
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent)
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
