Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant, based in Patna. The Accountant will oversee financial transactions, prepare and analyze financial reports, and maintain accurate accounting records. Responsibilities include managing budgets, handling payrolls, reconciling accounts, complying with financial regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accounting principles, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting
• Strong skills in Bookkeeping, Reconciliation, and handling General Ledger processes
• Familiarity with Taxation laws, Auditing procedures, and Accounting software systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar tools)
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking capabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; additional certifications like CPA or CA are advantageous
