Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

End-to-End Accounting: Handle complete day-to-day accounting independently, including journal entries, reconciliations, and preparation of books up to finalization.
TDS Management: Accurately calculate, deduct, and deposit TDS; prepare and file TDS returns; manage TDS reconciliation and address any mismatches in Form 26AS.
GST Compliance: Manage entire GST process from input credit reconciliation, preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns.
Bank & Ledger Reconciliation: Perform and finalize reconciliations for banks, vendors, customers, and inter-company accounts.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and all regulatory requirements related to TDS, GST, and other statutory filings.
Audit Support: Prepare schedules and documentation required for statutory and internal audits; coordinate with auditors when needed.
Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain proper accounting records and ensure all supporting documents are well organized for audit and compliance purposes.

Required Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
Minimum 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in accounting, GST, and TDS compliance.
Strong practical knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Sound understanding of accounting principles, taxation laws, and financial reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
