Job Description

Urgently hiring for Account Executive. Key Responsibilities: Record Financial Transactions: Accurately document income, expenses, assets, and liabilities in accounting software or ledgers. Prepare Financial Statements: Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Monitor Budgets and Expenses: Track and review budgets and expenses to ensure they align with company goals and financial plans. Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee payments and collections, ensuring timely billing and payments. Prepare and File Taxes: Ensure compliance with tax regulations by preparing and submitting tax returns accurately and on time. Conduct Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to provide insights on business performance, costs, and profitability. Ensure Compliance: Ensure all financial records and practices comply with accounting laws, policies, and regulations.
