Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Experience Required:Minimum 3 years of experience in a reputed CA Firm or CA Dropout with strong practical exposure in accounting and compliance work. Key Responsibilities:Books Finalisation: Independently handle accounts up to finalisation for various clients, including preparation of Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet. TDS Compliance: Prepare and file TDS Returns, ensure timely deduction and deposit, and manage Form 16/16A. PF & ESI Returns: Prepare and file monthly and annual PF & ESI returns and coordinate with HR/clients for compliance. Tax Audit: Assist in Tax Audit preparation, working papers, and relevant schedules as per Income Tax Act. GST Compliance: Maintain GST records, reconciliation, and assist in filing monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, etc.). ROC Filings: Prepare and file ROC Forms (AOC-4, MGT-7A, ADT-1, etc.) under the Companies Act, 2013. Income Tax Filings: Prepare and file ITR for Individuals, Firms, and Companies. Reconciliations: Perform Bank, Debtors/Creditors, and GST Input/Output reconciliation. Audit Assistance: Support Statutory, Tax, and Internal Audits by preparing necessary schedules and documentation. Client Coordination: Communicate with clients for data collection, clarification of queries, and submission of statutory returns. Candidate Requirements:Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Dropout preferred. Experience: Minimum 3 years in a CA firm with strong exposure to taxation and accounting. Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and GST Utility Software. Working knowledge of MCA Portal, Income Tax Portal, and EPFO/ESIC Portal. Knowledge: Sound understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, Income Tax, GST, and ROC Compliances. Personality: Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and capable of handling multiple clients independently.
