This role involves generating and converting leads through both inbound and outbound efforts, achieving sales quotas, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Drive demand generation and qualification through cold calling, email outreach, and inbound lead response.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, addressing legal, financial, and technical concerns effectively.
  • Conduct thorough discovery to analyze customer needs and present pre-packaged solutions and use-cases.
  • Maintain a rigorous pipeline with accurate forecasting and regular reporting on pipeline status and revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and leverage customer insights to optimize offerings.

Expected Qualifications:

  • 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Responsibilities And Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 to 7 years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven B2B sales track record with expertise in new business acquisition and merchant relationship scaling
  • Deep understanding of Cross Border Payments & India's export ecosystem and ability to position PayPal solutions to service/goods exporters
  • Strong capability in targeting and acquiring new logos within the mid-market and high-value merchant segments to drive revenue attainment and business growth
  • Efficient in relationship-building skills to identify and collaborate with ecosystem partners for organic business growth
  • Expertise in strong pipeline management by prospecting, lead generation, and maintaining qualified pipelines with strong conversion focus
  • Proficiency in targeted cold outreach and discovery calls with strong communication and credibility-building abilities
  • Skilled at uncovering merchant pain points and translating them into customized PayPal solutions & Proven ability to guide merchants through complete onboardingfrom sign-up to technical integration and go-live success
